Our entity has been entered on the list of audit firms authorized to audit financial statements, maintained by the Polish Audit Supervision Agency under registration number 3363. We have extensive experience in auditing separate and consolidated financial statements of entities operating in various legal forms and across diverse industries. We have also acquired our expertise through managing corporate restructuring projects—spanning economic, legal, HR, and organizational areas. We possess full competence across all audit services, including in particular IPOs and listings on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the NewConnect alternative trading system. We deliver our services in accordance with Polish accounting law, as well as international standards: IAS/IFRS, US GAAP, and HB II.
