Michał Bukowski

Michał has over ten years of experience in corporate finance, transaction consulting and auditing.
During his professional career, he has completed many consulting projects, including for companies listed on the
Stock Exchange and in the New Connect alternative trading system. He developed financial model templates for
company valuations, intangible asset valuations, asset impairment tests and investment profitability analyses. He
coordinates the work of the team providing services in the field of consulting, valuations, financial modeling and
financial analysis, taking direct part in the implementation of projects. He effectively advised clients in the processes
of obtaining external financing.

Michał graduated from the University of Łódź and the University of Economics in Poznań. He holds a Securities
Broker's license with authorization to perform investment advisory activities.
