Piotr Jańczak

Piotr makes substantive decisions and is responsible for liaison with clients, project planning, team leadership and
deliverables.
Piotr has approximately 20 years of experience in applying tax law – in a broad sense – as well as criminal and
fiscal law. He worked for several years in tax authorities and then in tax advisory firms. Piotr specializes in
advising on the goods and services tax (VAT) and income taxes (CIT and PIT). He also has extensive experience
in handling tax proceedings and cases before administrative courts (including numerous cassation proceedings
before the Supreme Administrative Court). He advises domestic and foreign clients, designing reasonable and
business efficient tax structures.
Piotr is a licensed tax advisor and a speaker at regular tax seminars and tax training courses.
