Tomasz Martyniuk

Statutory auditor with over 20 years of experience in auditing and financial advisory services. He is
responsible for planning and delivering audit engagements, supervising the audit team, and
maintaining ongoing communication with clients. He participates in engagement planning, makes key
technical decisions, and prepares final audit documentation.
He specialises in audits and reviews of separate and consolidated financial statements prepared in
accordance with the Polish Accounting Act, the German Commercial Code (HGB), and International
Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/IAS). He has extensive experience in due diligence projects,
financial analysis, and the assessment and improvement of internal control systems. He has also
participated in the preparation of consolidation packages and projects involving corporate
transformations.
He is fluent in English and German.
He has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including automotive, transport and
logistics, manufacturing, and retail.
