Krzysztof Pierścionek

Krzysztof is responsible for planning projects, supervising his team, liaising with clients, and making decisions on
substantive matters. He participates in work planning and prepares deliverables.

Krzysztof specializes in audits of financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS, valuations of debt portfolios,
and in the preparation of the financial part of prospectuses. He advises clients on acquisitions and transformations.
Krzysztof gained his professional experience by auditing financial statements and working as a chief accountant at
companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He supervised the preparation of financial statements according to
IAS/IFRS by domestic and foreign entities. Krzysztof also participated in the processes of building tax risk
management models.
