Marta Baranowska

Marta makes substantive decisions and is responsible for liaison with clients, project planning, team leadership and
deliverables. She has many years of experience in auditing financial statements, providing tax advisory services,
keeping books of account, preparing professional expert opinions as well as providing opinion letters in the fields of
taxation, economics and finance.
Marta is 4AUDYT sp. z o.o.’s representative for contactswith the TGS Network. She is also responsible for substantive
and organizational matters and for cooperation with member firms of TGS Global. Since 2011, she has been actively
involved in auditing individual and consolidated financial statements and preparing prospectuses. Marta has also
been engaged in a number of IPOs and NewConnect projects. She specializes in investment funds research.
A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Economics in Poznań.
Fluent in English, German and Russian.
