Karol Kowalski

Karol is responsible for project planning and implementation, coordinating the work of the team and maintaining contacts with the client. He has many years of experience in auditing financial statements, keeping
books of account, preparing expert opinions, economic and financial opinions, and deliverables.
He holds a bachelor's and master's degrees from the Faculty of Economics at the Poznań University of
Economics and he also comleted "Integrated SAP IT Systems" postgraduate studies at the WSB University in
Poznań.

Karol also has experience in auditing financial statements of entities with various organizational forms and
examining merger plans. He also has practical skills in keeping books of account and preparing financial
analyses. He has participated in NewConnect projects.
He speaks English.
