Representation before administrative courts
Representing our Clients before administrative courts is a service performed under a separate assignment or serves as the next stage in an ongoing dispute between our Client and tax authorities, throughout which we have previously provided representation.
In the latter case, we advise our Clients on the feasibility of winning the court dispute by evaluating the chances of success of the filed complaint, taking into account, in particular, the existing case law of Polish administrative courts.
Our representation services specifically cover:
-
Preparing and filing complaints with Voivodeship (Regional) Administrative Courts as well as cassation appeals with the Supreme Administrative Court
-
Developing litigation strategies for proceedings before administrative courts
-
Acting as legal counsel and participating in court hearings
-
Drafting court pleadings and motions
The remuneration in each case is determined individually, taking into account the statutory fee rates set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Justice of August 16, 2018 on fees for activities of tax advisors in proceedings before administrative courts (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1687).
