Kornelia has extensive experience in transfer pricing and taxes.
She supports clients comprehensively in conscious transfer pricing management, including settlements
between related parties, audits of documentation and transfer pricing reporting obligations, preparation of
transfer pricing policies and documentation along with benchmarking studies.
Kornelia has transfer pricing experience in both domestic and international projects.
She supports the Tax Team by providing tax consultations. Kornelia performs a detailed analysis of each tax
matter entrusted to her, as well as reviewing and analyzing the tax compliance status. She participates in due
diligence projects and prepares applications for private tax rulings.
