Łukasz Motała

Łukasz makes substantive decisions and is responsible for liaison with clients, project planning, team leadership and
deliverables. He is a graduate of business finance and accounting at Poznań University of Economics.
He specialises in mergers and transformations of commercial companies. Łukasz has many years of experience in
IAS/IFRS, preparing prospectuses and information documents for NewConnect, an alternative trading system.
He is a lecturer of the Accountants Association in Poland, and used to be a staff member at the Department of
Accounting of the Poznań University of Economics. Member of the Accounting Standards Committee of the 11th
term.

Łukasz also has a long experience in keeping books of account and preparing financial statements as a chief
accountant or finance director. He speaks English.
