Łukasz Nitschke

Łukasz is a licensed tax advisor.
He has extensive experience in tax consulting, in particular in the field of corporate income tax and
VAT. In his day-to-day work, he helps clients by providing ongoing tax advice and performing
taxcompliance reviews and analysis, he participates in due diligence projects, prepares applications
for private tax rulings, complaints to be filed with administrative courts, and transfer pricing
documentation.
In his practice, he provides assistance to both Poland-based entities and international groups by
creating rational and effective tax structures for running a business.

Łukasz is a speaker at tax seminars. He conducts training, including in the field of CIT and VAT. He is
also the author of tax publications.
